wonderful. After the class, we knew we wanted a buyer’s agent, not a dual agent.
We also knew that having a REALTOR was going to serve our interests best.
First-time homebuyers are almost always at a disadvantage. Having your
professionalism to support us was very comforting.
On our first home viewing, we came in contact with a real estate agent. The
difference was incredible. Having someone with your background, training, and
knowledge of homebuying and ethics, saved us from what could have become an
uncomfortable situation. Even the real estate agent representing the sellers in
our current purchase has created problems that might have stopped the deal (or
cost us more money) without you, our REALTOR, stepping in to settle the

Contacting seller's real estate agents on our behalf and working with us through
the offer paperwork was only the beginning. Going over the title papers, the
inspections, and coordinating with all the interested parties (sellers, sellers’
agent, lenders, inspector, appraiser, and some others we don’t even know about)
has been an invaluable service. We know that is your job, but we feel you have
gone the extra mile for us - not just with the contacts, but with the
advice on how to proceed. Every suggestion was spot on. We don’t feel that we
would be purchasing our house at our price if we didn’t have you as our REALTOR.
