A Love for Real Estate, a Dedication to My Profession

Did I say I was passionate about real estate? I love being a Realtor, and have dedicated my time and efforts to add value and service to my profession.

The North Central Washington Association of Realtors encompasses Chelan, Douglas, and Okanogan Counties, which includes Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Cashmere, Leavenworth, Dryden, Malaga, Entiat, Orondo, and Rock Island.

In the past fourteen years, I've served as Director of Education, Director of Membership, President-Elect in 2006, and President in 2007. I was thrilled to be honored by my peers with the Realtor Acheivement Award in 2004. In 2006 I was  blessed by receiving Realtor of the Year for North Central Washington.

A Very Special Quality of Life

My community's quality of life is what sets it apart, and its preservation is very important to me! I've dedicated time and energy to the Central Washington Regional Planning Process, and currently serve on the Advisory Council for Chelan County Planning and Community Development. In 2006 and 2007, I participated in the Douglas County Shoreline Master Plan Committee, and am currently on the steering committee for Chelan Counties Shoreline Plan Update.

I particularly enjoy devoting time to the Chelan-Douglas Community Trends Project. This project allows us to understand where we are in comparison to the nation, the state, and similar communities, and helps us to set goals that improve our quality of life.

The above cumulative experience benefits me personally and professionally! The enhanced knowledge and understanding of my community greatly enriches my Realtor-client relationships.

A Love of My Community

I love my community of more than twenty years, and the incredible lifestyle my family enjoys! Within reach are the North Central Washington Cascade Mountains, the Columbia River, many lakes (Lake Chelan and Lake Wenatchee, to name a few), the Wenatchee National Forest, the Alpine Lakes and Glacier Peak Wilderness Areas, trails, campgrounds, and recreation parks.

With over 300 days of annual sunshine, it is hard to decide what to do! Skiing, snowmobiling, boating, golfing, camping, hiking, and soccer are all on my schedule! Many other recreation opportunities abound, whether it be kyaking, rock climbing, fishing, or just enjoying the outdoors. Our area's also home to the arts, wineries, and many local festivals.
